The following are the 10 riskiest driving accidents associated with people killed in truck accidents. The above is most likely an example of number 5 – speeding and number 1 – aggressive driving which are both all to common regardless of the weather conditions. As Atlanta, GA lawyers we see the tragic outcomes of accidents like this one in Phenix City.

1. Aggressive driving – Driving is both a physical and mental skill.

2. Failure to yield “right away” in left lane on highway- Georgia law is already clear as to who has the right away in the left lane, however a new Georgia bill allows for more police enforcement as well as a means of tracking the number of offenses by impeding drivers.

3. Talking on phone while driving- Use while driving is common but controversial.

4. Bicycle collisions- Causes of crashes vary according to local conditions.

5. Speeding- Used in most countries to regulate the speed of road vehicles.

6. Pedestrian collisions- Almost two-thirds of the 1.2 million people killed in road traffic crashes worldwide are pedestrians [1].

7. Inexperienced driver- Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for U.S. teens, accounting for more than one in three deaths in this age group.1

8. Failure to wear seat belt- Seat belt laws are divided into two categories: primary and secondary.

9. Driving Under the Influence – In most countries, anyone who is convicted of injuring or killing someone while under the influence of alcohol or drugs can be heavily fined, as in France, in addition to being given a lengthy prison sentence.

10. Texting while driving- texting and driving falls under the category of distracted driving.
